Regulation for Local Accommodation “Casas de Campo – Vale da Terça”

1. Purpose: This regulation aims to establish the rules and guidelines for the use of our local accommodation, located at “Rua das nogueiras, 8”, ensuring the comfort, safety and satisfaction of guests, as well as the preservation of heritage and respect for the local community.
2. General conditions:
   • Check-in and Check-out:
     • Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out must be done by 11 am.
     • We ask that guests inform in advance the estimated time of arrival.
   • Maximum Guest Capacity:
     • The accommodation has capacity for 6 people. It is not allowed to exceed this number, if this happens we are obliged to cancel the reservation without any refund.
   • Age Restrictions:
     • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their stay.
   • Behavior and Silence:
     • Guests are responsible for maintaining respectful and appropriate behavior, avoiding disturbances and excessive noise, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
     • Parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation without prior authorization.
   • Use of Facilities:
     • Guests are responsible for ensuring the good condition and cleanliness of accommodation facilities.
     • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, in accordance with current legislation.
   • Security:
     • Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the accommodation.
     • In case of loss or misplacement of the key, it must be communicated to the administration immediately.
   • Liability for Damage:
     • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to accommodation facilities, furniture or equipment during their stay.
     • In case of damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible guest, for this purpose a deposit of €300.00 is requested, which will be released after an inspection of the accommodation and if it is in the same conditions as it was delivered.
     • It is expressly forbidden to use glass cups outside
   • Pets:
     • Any type of pet is prohibited in the accommodation.
3. Reservations and Cancellations:
   • Reservations:
     • Reservations can be made through our website and email.
     • To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay the total amount of the stay.
   • Cancellations:
     • Stay cancellations are not refundable, we give you the possibility to reschedule at a possible date.
4. Final dispositions:
   • Regulation Changes:
     • These regulations may be changed by the administration of the accommodation, upon prior notice to guests.
   • Compliance with the Regulation:
     • When making the reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and agree with all the provisions of this regulation.
     • Failure to comply with the established rules may result in penalties or immediate termination of the stay, without the right to refund.

Entry into the villa is carried out using a code generated for each check-in (code ** and click on ENT), generated and provided by us, valid from the check-in time until the check-out time, after which time it will be inactive and will no longer allow access.

We appreciate that the remote for the vehicle entrance gate be left inside the house.
