  1. Reservations and Payments:
    • 1.1. When making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be made according to the options available at the time of booking.
    • 1.2. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if information is false, incomplete or suspected of fraud.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • 2.1. In our cancellation policy, it will not be possible to refund the amount, but we do offer the possibility of rescheduling your stay on a possible date.
    • 2.2. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation for unforeseen reasons, such as structural problems or unavailability of the accommodation. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
    • 2.3 The stay will be canceled if the maximum number of guests is exceeded (6 people allowed), if this happens, no refund will be made.
  3. Use of Accommodation:
    • 3.1. You agree to use the accommodation responsibly, respecting the rules and regulations provided by us.
  4. Privacy and Data Protection:
    • 4.1. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • 4.2. By using our services, you agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  5. Responsibility:
    • 5.1. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury occurring during your stay, including damage caused by third parties.
  6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    • 6.1. We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
    • 6.2. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.
  7. Security deposit:
    • 7.1. The security deposit (€300) will be requested after confirmation of availability, and this amount will be returned after check-out and verification of the condition of the accommodation.
